1. SPONSOR

The Sponsored Giveaway ("Giveaway") is operated by Drip Edge Media ("DE Media"), which produces the mailer titled "Stamped Local."

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of DE Media, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. ENTRY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins on April 1, 2025 and ends on April 29, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET ("Entry Deadline"). Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.

4. HOW TO ENTER

Participants must submit their name, email address, and phone number to enter. Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries generated by automated means or fraudulent methods will be disqualified.

5. PRIZE DETAILS

One (1) winner will be randomly selected to receive one (1) $50 Wawa gift card.The prize has no cash equivalent and is non-transferable. No substitutions are allowed.

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

The winner will be selected at random on April 30, 2025. The winner will be contacted via email and phone. The winner must confirm, replying with a valid U.S. mailing address within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to respond will result in an alternate winner being selected.

7. PRIVACY & DATA USAGE

Entrant information will be used to contact the winner and, if opted in, to receive marketing emails from DE Media. Personal information will not be shared or sold to third parties.

8. MARKETING EMAILS

Participants may choose to receive emails introducing Stamped Local and updates about advertisers. Marketing emails are optional and require explicit consent via a separate opt-in checkbox. Participants can unsubscribe at any time.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

DE Media reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these terms. DE Media also reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway in case of fraud, technical failures, or unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, participants release Drip Edge Media, who offers the Stamped Local product, and its affiliates from any claims arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt of the prize.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
